The Board of Directors is the elected body of leaders responsible for protecting the best interests of owners, maintaining the value of our jointly owned assets, and, where possible, improving the quality of life for the community’s homeowners.
CREATING COMMUNITY
The role of the board is as much about creating a sense of community, social and civic well-being as it is maintaining the common areas and enforcing our rules. This objective is achieved by doing the following:
- Providing positive leadership and motivation.
- Creating a culture of caring, civic pride, and shared responsibility.
- Listening to the community.
- Making it easy to get involved.
- Being open and transparent about the state of the community and association needs.
Current Board of Directors

The President shall:
– Preside over Board meetings.
– Ensure meetings follow proper structure.
– Execute documents authorized by Board vote.
– Coordinate strategic initiatives.
– Serve as the primary point of structured communication.
The President does not possess unilateral authority absent a vote of the Board.

The Vice President shall:
– Perform duties of the President in the President’s absence.
– Support governance continuity.
– Assist with strategic initiatives as directed by the Board.

The Secretary shall:
– Maintain meeting minutes.
– Preserve governing documents.
– Maintain official records.
– Document resolutions and policy adoption.
– Ensure documentation discipline.
Accurate records protect institutional continuity.
– Oversee financial reporting.
– Review monthly bank reconciliations.
– Present financial summaries to the Board.
– Monitor budget performance.
– Confirm compliance with financial safeguards.
The Treasurer provides oversight even when administrative functions are delegated.

This role may include:
– Coordinating monthly community inspections.
– Supporting community engagement.
– Assisting with operational follow-through.
– Reporting observations to the Board.
The Director-at-Large does not independently enforce violations.
Inspection findings are informational until reviewed by the Board.
