NOTICE OF ANNUAL BOARD MEETING You are at the moment given notice that the Annual Board Meeting of the Sheridan Parc Owner Association will take place as follows: Date: January 24, 2024 Time: 7:00 pm Location: DeSoto Town Center  Address:  Directions:  Purpose: This is the required annual meeting and election of board members. There are two open seat this year.  Quorum: Fifteen homes must be represented for the meeting to transpire. Proxy: If no one will be present at the meeting to represent your household, please submit a proxy form by January 24, 2024 by 6:00 pm Candidate Submission: To submit your name to be on the ballot for the Board election, please complete the candidate application form by 6 pm on January 24, 2024
