Sheridan Parc is an addition to the City of DeSoto, Texas that began development in 2005. Located off of Pleasant Run Road and Saddlebrook Drive, the small neighborhood of 74 homes offers an excellent sense of community, connectivity, and value.
The Sheridan Parc Owners Association (SPOA) was formed by the developer in 2006 as a condition for city approval and in compliance with City Ordinance 1576-04.
The Ordinance was approved by City Council on March 16, 2004, and stipulated the formation and continued existence of a mandatory Owners Association.
The Sheridan Parc Owners Association owns more than one Acre of land, improved with a detention pond, boundary walls and fences, two entrance pillars and lighting, eighty-four trees, forty shrubs, and a sprinkler system.

The Sheridan Parc Owners Association exists to fulfill its purpose as mandated by the City of DeSoto. We are sanctioned, βto be responsible for the continuous and perpetual operation, maintenance and supervision of the open spaces and common property including but not limited to the detention pond and buffer area,β and to do so in a legal, efficient and professional manner that promotes and maintains harmonious relationships among homeowners.

Annual Assessments
The current yearly assessment is four hundred and fifty dollars ($450.00) which will be collected annually. Payment is due in full on the first day of the third month of the year.
